Join us for a practice to celebrate the Spring. We will use the imagery and poetry of Spring to explore all aspects of a rounded, harmonious yoga practice, from breath-work, hip and shoulder openers, standing and seated poses and even the occasional (optional!) backbend and inversion, to….. passive poses, relaxation and a final meditation. Suitable for a wide variety of levels, with options for those not practicing more advanced poses.
Mary: “This will be the first workshop I have taught in the valley for a long while so if any of you would like to stay and chat for awhile after class, bring a drink/snack and join us. It may be a good time to consider what other in person yoga folks want and I can offer locally in 2024. “
