Welcome All,
Hi Everyone! This program has supportive online info and aims to be a venue for references and conversations that may occur prior or post to one of our sessions. They will also house the recordings of each session and these recordings will be available until the end of August 2025. Each section will be available at the end of the program for sale as a download at a discounted rate to participants.

6.45am Silent Meditation - If you join later than 6.45am, make sure you are muted.
7am Guided Meditation/Breath-work into…full Asana practice
8.45am 5 Minute Break
8.50am Small group and larger group discussion
9.25am Review and Closing Metta.
Mary will leave the class at 9.30am, and those who wish to have a more informal, unrecorded discussion are welcome to stay.
YS BUDDIES - A Roster of buddy checkins will be placed here after our first session when participants have confirmed if they want to check in with different yogis each month.
