A 3 day Yoga and Meditation Retreat led by Mary is being organized for the Cubans at a small convent near Habana, where we have held retreats with the Cubans in the past. Dates are now confirmed - Jan 10 - 13, 2025. There may be space for a few Spanish speakers who are experienced yogis or teachers to join this retreat. If you would like to support this project financially or participate in it. This part of Mary’s trip is definitely happening and any support for the expenses of the Cubans’ retreat is welcome. All tuition for the Cuban retreat is given freely.
